The bar graph below is showing the cost trends in building construction materials at different intervals or dates from the Pandemic, and it is showing how that converts into the cost trends of the installed products. 

It represents an industry average and metric for a broad cross reference of all materials (products, materials & equipment) included in the ‘Muir Construction Cost Index’.

Over 40 products are included in the patent protected process, and this considers that the component breakdown for material and labor differs for every construction material or product.
